Castello® Blue is a mild, creamy blue cheese that matures both inside and on the surface, giving Blue Castello its fine, soft texture and characteristic flavour. The mild flavour develops steadily as long as it keeps, but it never becomes strong. It is cheese with a creamy consistency and no rind.
Castello® White is a white mould cheese. It has a mild flavour with just a little piquant. The consistency matures with keeping, becoming creamier, with a fuller, round flavour. |
